Britt asked Maegen for her hand at the statehouse in Columbia. So this is where we met for the shoot. I hadn't met Maegen or Britt until the shoot....it can sometimes seem like a blind date for me....
This one ended up being love at first sight I suppose!!
Maegen is a marathon runner, and Britt isn't bad either:)
These two are so cute, and embody everything about being young and in love....I love it!!

I shot Ashley's bridal session a few weeks ago, but couldn't post anything until she was married. I will have some wedding photos posted soon. She is a beautiful southern belle bride (is that with an 'e' on the end- you know I'm a northerner!!)

Karen and Alan got married on April 21st at Lake Wateree. This was a difficult shoot for me cause there were campers EVERYWHERE!!! Karen and I scouted out the place a few days before and it was peaceful and serene....Saturday hits and the campers and boaters and fisherman came out of the woodwork!!
They are a beautiful couple! It has been a pleasure shooting them since I did their engagement pictures all big and pregnant last year. Here are some of those- a little recap!!

Tory and I were talking the other day about chemistry and how that is way more important than where the pictures are taken. Tory and Tom were so fun to shoot. This kind of session makes me happy to be in love and happy to love my job and happy to shoot people so passionate about each other....must I go on. I am so happy that it worked out for me to shoot their wedding in August. Some things are just meant to be.....!
